Payments:  The application fee is $50 (non-refundable) which includes the first trial of testing; the cost of each subsequent repeat test is $20, again non-refundable. Please have exact change. We cannot accept personal checks or credit cards for the application and testing fees. You will fill out a complete application when you come in for your test. You can also download the application, print it, fill it out, and bring it with you. Or, please click here and submit the web form.

 

Testing Dates: The test is given on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 11:00am to 2:00pm, or from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. The testing date and time can change anytime without notice. You must call 215-576-5650 to schedule an appointment for the test. A photo ID is required on the day of the test (driver's license, state ID, or passport).

 

The Test is Online: You must be proficient in the use of a mouse, keyboard and web browser. You must also have an e-mail address. If you do not have an e-mail address, visit one of the web site below to create one for free.
